In Asia, the players leave the sticker on to show that it is a TM AEG and not some cheaper knockoff versions.

The new knockoff's copied that as well, they're just too devious for Asia

I started to rip mine off, but saw that it was leaving that papery-sticky stuff on the lower reciever (and I didn't want to go get the rubbing alcohol and a rag) so I left it on. Makes it look more like a toy...which has its positive aspects, and its negatives.
