Hi-Capa Cracked Magazine Lip

Well, it was gonna happen eventually, but a bb misfired and my magazine lip is cracked.

So I'm about to purchase some of these:

Does anyone know any specifics about this part? ie. Is it actually stronger than the original lip or is it just a replacement?
If it's just a replacement, i'll just buy 2, one to fix the magazine, and a spare one.
If it's actually much stronger, i'll buy one for every magazine that i have.

Though I am not sure, I would hedge my bets on reinforced implying 'stronger than the original'. I would buy one for each of my mags, and replace them on to them as the originals failed.
