TM m733 refuses to work

Hi all,
my tm m733refuses to run, i can get about 1,2 shots off before it freases in the fully cocked pos. then i have to disassemble the gearbox and put everything back together, then i get get about another 1 to 2 shots off before doing it again... ive been without a gun for about a month and this has baffled me please help!!

Upgrades..
Hurcane 120 kit
CA high scilcone wireing
Systema highspeed motar
intellect 9.6V 2000MAH battery

ive tryed almost eveything ive found on this subject, ive tryed the screw in the bottem of the hand grip, re- buliding the gearbox how many times, and buying a new trigger assembly.

everything else is stock please help!!

also the connectors get very hot, with a 30A fuse.

***EDIT***

ok, i think i got the problem icolated(sp?) its the hindge/gear thats scircled in red, because i can run the motar out of the gun fine, so something is preventing the gears from moving, so that would be that piece(can someone tell me the name of it?) or the anti-reversal latch but i dont think its that because i have used the motar in diff positions. Also when i run the motar out of the gun the wires and connetions dont get as hot as when it was in the gun. well on with the pics....

Have you tried using the original motor instead of the high speed one? The High speed motor sacrifices torque for rpm. The high speed motor may not have enough torque to run the M120S spring.

That piece circled in red is called a cut-off lever. It lets the AEG fire in a semi-auto selection.

I was just having a similar problem with my M733. I dont know if it's the same problem for you but check all the wiring. If you see any little nicks or abbrasions tape em up with electrical tape even if it doesnt look like they will do anything. Oh and make sure the battery is fully charged. It worked for me, good luck.
