Well, this vest still have plenty of holes for waist and shoulders adjustments. As for a CIRAS, a medium size go roughtly 6'4"/48"/240lbs. This is what they call "confort" zone... but many guys here, about your size, use a medium.

Yeah, really! Size medium shirts have a standard 40" chest, I believe.

Gordon, do you refer to a BDU shirt? Not the same as a CIRAS sizing. CIRAS come in 3 flavors, SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE. BDU's goes from X- to XX-L. |
