AK47 trigger lockup on semi
Ok, I will just come straight out with it, when i fire my tm ak47 in semi it will shoot, but then the trigger will not come back, it will stay stuck as if it were firing. It happens every time i fire in semi. it will shoot again once i manually pull the trigger back to the ready position, but it is meant to do it on its own. anyway, i am baffled as to why this could be so help would be much appreciated.

hmm, does it do this not matter what? I had a problem similar to this with my ak. When i would shoot semi the trigger would lock only clicking when i pressed it. I found out it was because i wasnt pressing the trigger hard enough. Make sure you are pulling the trigger fully down. If this is not the same problem you have, i have no clue.

Does it fire fine on full? TM AK's have that problem, sometimes trigger jams on semi, if you set it on full and fire off a couple of rounds it starts working fine again. If it jams on both, semi and full or does it all the time than it's something internal, maybe trigger spring came loose or broke.

works fine on full, it just locks up on semi. this is why it is puzzling to me. if it was a trigger spring broken, wouldn't it lock up on both semi and full auto?

Probably something to do with selector switch of trigger mechanism inside of the mechbox. I'd say take it to a gunsmith if you do not know how to open it up yourself.

I've encountered the same problem with my Spetznas. I just put it into full auto, fire off a quick burst, and then back to semi. It seems to do it at least once every five games.

take out the fire selector and put it back together, i had the same problem, did that and seemed to fix it, i don't know why.
