Impact and Code Red Speaker mics

I've switched up my search for a comms setup, and am leaning towards a speaker/shoulder mic and ear piece combination.

It's easier to find than a used sordin headset, less expensive, no confusing rewiring required and decently reliable?

I'd like to hear opinions on what brands people have had success with. It seems like impact and code red are good quality brands. Several of their products look identical. I'm wondering if anyone has experience with one particular product over the other? Some have also mentioned that the Baofeng ones can be decent.
