5KU 40mm shower trigger bearing size?
I got some for free. All hold gas just need replacement bearings. Each grenade requires 4 bearings.
Using my google-fu I've managed to narrow it down to either 3mm or 4mm. Can anyone give me a definitive answer? |

Iirc if it takes 8 bearings (2 per hole) it's 3mm
If it only has 4 bearings (1 per hole) it's 4mm Dboys gp25 rounds take 4 bearings 5mm |

They are 4mm. I bought some 4mm bearings for my 5KU shower shells and they work great.
My 5KU shells are the version without a cap and have holes on its front (like most 40mm shells out there), not the version with a cap and looks like a real 40mm shell. I don't know if 4mm bearing will work in the version with a cap. I can probably send you some of my bearings if you pay for the stamp... How many do you need?

I had some "5KU" that used 4 6mm bearings.
I used a BB in replacement of one and it still holds fine (also charged it on CO2 at 600psi and it worked!) So I guess it depends on the model and batch. The ones I had was gold and gunmetal (base/casing was gunmetal, chamber/barrel/head was gold). |
