Condor MCR7 Ronin Chest Rig
As Im a gear whore, Im always on the look out for different or interesting gear to buy. Lately I've been looking around for a Seal type harness rig and just missed out on a London Bridge Trading LBE rig on ebay.... (ebay....$60 for shipping....F$%^ off!)
Anyway, I came across this today:http://www.condoroutdoor.com/mcr7roninchestrig.aspx I gotta say its damn close to the LBT rig and a damn site cheaper, not to mention available and Im liking that there is a harness option for hydration as well. Thinking this might be my new go to rig this season. So far, the only place I've seen this for sale is in the states at some shop in Oregon, but Im hoping retailers here in Canada pick it up as well. |

Looks a lot like a Mav2 with an x-harness, but harness seem to have a little bit more real estate than TT's, it's hard to say
How much did you see it at, given that it's "wholesale only" in that link? |

Saw it for sale here, $40 USD:
http://www.airsoftoutletnw.com/condo...lit-molle-vest I agree it looks a lot like the TT mav harness, but I've never been a huge fan as I felt it lacking enough padding for heavier loads. This looks like it'll do the job nicely though. |

Also saw it here: http://www.cjsmilitarysurplus.com/in...roducts_id=181
But I the site has no info about the vendor so I don't know that I'd trust it. |

This vest is similar but it has integrated mag pouches and a back panel while retaining molle on the outside for your additions. I do like the breathability on the Condor harness tho - it would be great for those hot summer games - not to mention the $40 price tag. |

Did I mention I was a gear whore? LOL. Seriously though, I have a MAV, the Cumber bun-style, but I want something that detaches in the front and I like the style of the Condor rig a bit better then I like similar set ups.
As for the amount of weight.... its not so much the weight as long term use and the condor rig looks like it'd be more comfortable for longer games. But if i'm honest it reminds me a bit of the old CF 82 pattern webbing. I loved my '82 pattern rig... if my bloody sister hadn't sold it while I was away, I'd still have it BTW, thanks for the link Chotto |

Have you had a chance to try out your Condor MCR7 over the last couple of months? If you have what do you think of it now? I'm considering getting a new rig.

I have one with the hydration carrier. It's essentially a TT 2 piece MAV that you can put an actual carrier in. I've gamed mine twice so far... I give it a thumbs up.

I have the MCR4 while my friend went with a MCR7.
The differences I have noticed is I have more molle in the front area, where he has lost a few columns due to the quick release in the center. Your choice. I also use the hydration option that integrates it into the MCR4 and also the MCR7. Much better than hanging a separate hydration pack to your back. http://www.airsoftoutletnw.com/condo...ration-carrier Last edited by SuperHog; October 1st, 2014 at 23:45.. |

The style is similar to the CPGear MoFoCR except the MoFoCR has a smaller gap in the middle because od the awesome snap dragons as well it has more rows of molle on the chest area. The MoFoCR is very comfortable with large loads

Can anyone tell me how well the ump/p90 mag pouch will fit on the ronin?
Will they be to big or fit properly? |
