semi and auto work. But yeah, that sort of jam was odd. In fairness I found a bb rolling around in there, so I think that MIGHT have had some sort of impact.

How would I person take the two stage out? I like the full auto better

Thanks much to everybody who helped though. It WAS exactly what I thought it was at the time, but I had not a CLUE how to actually force it to turn over.

Its pretty easy since you have the mechbox out. Basically you just remove 2 springs and 2 plastic things (ST14).

In the diagram:
-Disconnect/Remove Trigger spring (ST16).
-Remove 4 screws on ST13. ST13 and STM6 will be connected and come as one. You dont need to take it out of the body.
-Slide ST13 forward away from STM6 till you can remove ST14. Becareful, ST14 springs are compressed and will fly out.
- Put everything back together.
- Grats you no longer had a 2 stage trigger. Its one fluid trigger motion from semi to full.

I'm having this exact problem with my CA AugA2 as well. Very disappointed in this gun in general. Anyways In my AUG it seems the cutoff lever gets stuck in between firing semi and full auto. Shorting out contacts gets it going again but it's driving me crazy. Has anyone tried replacing the stock cutoff lever with a new non oem part?
Thanks any help would be great!

For an in-game temp fix I took a piece of thin wire and wired the cut-off lever as high as it will go to hold it in place and out of the way, but other than ordering a replacement I don't know of a solution for that.

In other words, had the same problem with mine. Found it had worn both on the front edge and on the inside so it wouldn't function properly and would stick in the middle, simulating a jam.

I haven't opened up the mechbox yet but if I notice anything I'll post about it. I'm gonna try replacing the cutoff lever with a new one see if it helps. I have a mosfet installed I may just lock it in semi.

So I tried replacing my cut off lever with a modify lever. Seemed fixed but after a few mags downstairs the jamming started again. You attach the lever with a screw, seems like the lever gets to loose and jams in the middle. I've given up and used my mosfet to lock it into semi auto only. On semi it doesn't seem to jam, or like Varjeal did move it all the way up/ or remove it completely.
