FYI: G&G CM16 SRS dead gun fix.
Not sure what the specific term is for this (I call it dead gun), but my G&G CM16 SRS was constantly shutting down if I was firing it intensively. I thought it was the connector, so I converted it to Deans. No luck. Finally I swapped it over to LiPo batteries and voila, it works. Turns out, the NiMH battery's voltage was dropping and the mosfet thought it was dead.
The moral of the story: If you have one of these (or any other G&G built-in mosfet probably), don't bother with NiMH. Go straight to LiPo. |
