TM P226 Rear Sight coming loose

So I picked up a used/modified TM P226 off a member on here. Gun works fine. But after putting about 6-8 Mags through it one of the tiny screws for the rear sight fell out followed by the other.
I was luckily enough to find both screws and reattach the sight, but after another 10 mags the screws are coming loose again.

With larger bolts/screws I'd try and add some blue locktite, but these screws are soooo tiny I don't think I can do it.

Are there any know remides for this or will I be having to check and tighten the screws at every mag change?

Are the screws orderable in the event I loose one/both during a game and cannot find them? (or if the head strips from over tightening)

Should I just crazy glue the sight on? ( I don't plan on changing it)

Thanks in advance.

The size of the screws shouldn't prevent you from using loctite, I don't get it?

The reason why I said I don't think I could add locktite to these screws is because they are so tiny I don't know if I can add such a small amount of locktite.
It's a very lightweight fluid and whenever I have used it on bolts it comes flowing out very quickly and profusly. I can't even begin to imagine how little of an amount I'd have to use.

But if you're saying it's a common fix for keeping these screws in then I'll try and add some blue locktite.

Yes, loctite is a very common fix for any screws that come loose. I have blue loctite gel, you could buy that instead.

Bah!

One of the screws is just spinning. Won't tighten and it won't come out....just spins in there.

I didn't even tighten it alot.

Anyone know where I can get replacement screws?

Do new sights usually come with new screws?
