Help: Lost grip screw inserts for TM P226

Hey all,

Not sure where to put this but I've lost one of the small brass inserts that go into the frame of the TM P226. The screws that fit there are the ones that hold the grip to the frame.

Anyone know where to source replacements? The last thread asking for this that I found is over 3 years old and they got lucky with someone offering them a whole replacement lower.

Any help is greatly appreciated, even alternate solutions for adding threads to that area of the frame again would help. Thanks in advance!
