WE P226 BBs falling out of the barrel

Could use some help from all you fine ladies and gents.

Buddy's WE P226 doesn't function properly.

After replacing the barrel with the longer ones that the WE models come with, every time we shoot the gun, no BB comes out. When we tilt it down, it falls right out. The blowback works perfectly and you'd think the gun was firing.

If we load the BB when we pull the slide back and release, then tilt down, the BB falls out again.

Any thoughts?

Maybe you need a new hop up rubber.

Get the Modify Accurate hop up bucking. It's a tan colour and only about fifteen bucks. Once I put one of those in I have trouble getting the bb's out.
