glock 18c/17 hammer

is the tm glock 18c hammer same as the glock 17 hammer?
noob question but someone told me it was.

They are different. You'll need model specific parts to replace whichever part you need.

There are only a few common parts between both models, aside from the most obvious parts. And there are some that are interchangeable with a bit of modification.

But hammer assembly parts are model specific.

yeah i found out the hard way. lol my gon tech told me they where so i ordered the wrong part, >.> so i now have a guns modify G17 hammer with no use. noob mistake shoulda done my research, but thanks guys!
