They're difficult to deal with state-side and even more so if you're in Canada; i honestly only use them for parts and accessories.

For a rig like that you can probaby get a more reputable manufacturer for close to that price. Also, thread count isn't everything. NSW has a lot of their gear custom made in 300-500D.

All real, no bullshit, awesome chest rigs. I've used each of them and they each have their merits. Do not cripple yourself with absolutely shitty gear because it's $10-$15 outside of your price range.

That vest kinda reminds me the S.O. Tech Hellcat Mk2 with the padded shoulders/hydration carrier. That setup would be a few hundred dollars, however.

Something similar to it is the Condor modular chest rig; it's not top tier gear but its still probably way better than the vest you linked to, and similarly priced:
