Air seal/ Air pressure HELP

I am looking to maximize the seal inside my cylinder/piston assembly and also increase the air pressure forced through my nozzle.

I currently run a KingArms M4A1 (Colt Edition) Stock Gearbox (rearwired)
The only after market parts inside the gearbox so far are the gear assembly and m120 spring.

What parts would I be looking into upgrading to achieve maximum air seal/air pressure?

Any input on this matter is greatly appreciated.

Use teflon tape to seal up the nozzle and what ever else that is causing the loss in pressure. Total upgrade cost: $5. Sometimes you don't need to replace parts.

Thanks...but no thanks. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for.
I do not want to jerry rig something, when I am able to purchase appropriate parts for very cheap.

I was considering a double o-ring air nozzle and cylinder head and aluminum cylinder/piston assembly. Any recommendations?

Dude your the type of people that companies love. Rich buggers who don't take people's advice. Even if you get a double o-ring cylinder head, there will still be compression issues. I have it and it leaks so if you wanna ignore my advice then fine. Go and spend your money.

Your one of those cheap dummies who jerry rigs his gun and gets LIT up by me and screams OW! because your gun is either mis-firing or has some sort of catastrophic failure. While mine is laser beaming balls onto your face.

It is not leaking.. I never said it was to begin with, I am simply trying to maximize air pressure and seal by upgrading internal parts. Not clog it up with teflon tape.

Run along.

FACEPALM. If you plan to have your rifle shoot like a laser beam then your in the wrong sport. If it ain't leaking then how do you maximize compression?? Please explain your point of view, i might be wrong, i admit but could you explain how teflon tape will cause a catastrophic failure?

LOL 2 sides of the coin here fellas.

The Teflon tape method has long been agreed to be probably one of the cheapest compression mods you can do if your cylinder head sucks and/or has a bad o-ring seal. An o-ring nozzle will definitely do the trick as well as checking your main piston o-ring and replacing as necessary.

Seal against the hop-up rubber and nozzle should also be checked and the rubber replaced accordingly with one that matches well with the nozzle you're using.

As a general rule, it helps to use everything from the same brand to avoid compatability headaches. Unless of course you're using Element or ACM parts, in which case the above does not apply. Their parts are just a crap-shoot.

wow, someone else tells you teflon tape works and you thank him but don't apologize for being an asshole to the guy who suggested it in the first place?

teflon tape wrapped around the cylinderhead creates a better seal
teflon tape wrapped around the hopup bucking creates a better seal and prevents barrel from twisting in your hopup unit, giving you consistent hop over longer periods of time as some barrels are very loose in the hopup unit.

meh, most of us were like this when we first started. Thankfully i read up on the forums before posting like that dude. Anyways use teflon, it works. If it doesn't then change your parts if you wish to.
