Weird M16 compression problems

I have a King Arms Blackwater M16 (sniper configuration) rifle, that has been returned to my store, and it is not firing properly. Internally, the gun shoots fine, without bb's, everything cycles properly, with not real sounds of any strain. I have verified the gun internally, all teeth on the gears are fine, piston fine, trigger contacts, motor height...etc

The problem happens when I load the gun. It will shoot one round and then it will not fire, and make a sound as if the piston is really forcing to get the bb's out. It will not fire out any rounds after the first one, then anywhere between 2-10 shots later another round will fire. Loading nozzle is not damaged and it loads the BB's in no problem, or it would seem to load them in. I have tried both Armist BBs and BBBastards.

I have this problem with the mag it came with (short m16 hi-cap, king arms) classic army hi-cap, and a magpul masada 80 round p-mag.

The Cylinder is not ported, so any clues as to what might be doing this problem? I dont know if it comes with a tightbore barrel, it is just the stock barrel with the gun(sold less than a week ago). The gun is shooting at around 390 fps.

Thank you for any help!

will the gun feed if you hand feed it upsidedown?

check the bucking to see if it's not bend up in a weird way, maybe it was an assembly problem.

Beyond that, maybe the nozzle is missing an o-ring or not sealing very well to the cylinder head, or the nozzle is not sealing well to the bucking.

Check to see if there are any obstructions in the cylinder head where the nozzle rides. try and glue the air nozzle to the tappet plate so that mag pressure does not effect the alignment with the hopup bucking. Make sure your hopup bucking is installed properly. What kind of bucking are you using?

Must be a king arms thing...

I have the King Arms M4A1 AEG, and I've fired... Probably a total of 400 bb's and I get the same problem...

After researching it extensively (2am due to my absolute frustration) I found a bunch of videos showing that the O ring inside the piston cylinder is really loose...

Not sure if this is the norm for airsoft rifles, I literally purchased this rifle a week ago, and she's my first.

Also, from what I've learned it's probably the bucking or air nozzle. Both are cheap fixes, but I figure you're the same as me and don't want to be constantly changing out parts.

@ LurkingKnight, gun feeds fine upsidedown.

Upon further inspection, it is the hop-up bucking that is torn. Air nozzle doesnt not seem to be a problem. But I guess with a torn hop-up, some bbs might roll down the barrel and give me this problem. Will test with new hop-up and post results. Thanks for the help so far!

@Angrypanda, Dont think the oring was to much of a problem, but I think I have an extra one, that I will swap out if the new hop-up doesnt fix it.
