WE G39c semi not working
so i was firing some shots with my gun on semi auto today and it kept firing 2 and 3 round bursts and rarely 1 shot, some times it shot about 5-7 shots at once. anyone know what the problem might be? it seem like there is a problem one after the other with this gun, any help would be greatly appreciated

Did you do any upgrades before the rifle starting going burst? Or is it stock? Is it new, or has it been used heavily?
If I had to guess, I'd say the sear is either wearing out or not resetting. But that would be dependent on how old the rifle is and how heavily it's been used. Check audi_bhoy's first link - has a teardown video link further down the thread. |

Hammer locks up on semi
rather then make another topic about the g39 ill post here...
I also have a problem with my Semi but mine is the lack of semi all together. Installed full RA-tech parts and now the Hammer locks on semi, everything seems lined up, full auto works perfectly even full mag dump. I'm kinda lost at this point every post I find about g39 and Ra-tech problems is full auto not working. Maybe ill strip it down for a 5th time and try again. edit* someone talks about the same problem I have on another post but it was never resolved. Quote:

See 2nd post in this thread, click on first link and scroll down until you see another link to a youtube video. That video provides a comprehensive teardown of the trigger pack. Obviously, reassembly is in strict reverse order. The video will help you reassembly correctly, and have you shooting SA & FA afterwards. This is the same video that I used to teardown and upgrade my G39C trigger pack. My rifle shot SA & FA reliably afterwards. As far as I can tell, this is one of the very few G39 trigger pack teardown videos out there that's actually useful. |
