Problem with CQC Holster and KJW M9

Hey guys,

i have just received my CQC Holster for Beretta 92/M9, just like this one :

And my KJW M9 doesn't fit in it because of the bottom rail i have on the gun, just like this :

It seems that the holster is made to only fit this model :

So i was wondering what kind of advices you will have... i can use a dremel to rework the plastic part to fit the gun, but after that i'm not sure if the holster will be strong enough.
Do you have another advices ? suggestions ? (instead of buying a new gun or a universal hoslter, i already have one).

Thanks!

I had the same problem with my serpa and M9 railed version. You have to dremel it out and move the locking mechanism because the railed M9 has a bigger trigger guard to be used with gloves on! Other than modifying it you could sell it and buy the proper serpa holster for the railed version!

Thanks Pugsley! That's what i was thinking... well maybe it's time for me to switch my pistol for a classical full metal M9...

because the holsters are meant to fit the M9 not the M9A1 versions. This was exactly the reason I swapped out to a colt.

I was thinking about that too .... i will test to make it work with the dremel, and probably change the gun next year for something different!

I did any never looked back great little guns the 1911's. Plus you get a serpa for one or those and the 5.1's fit as well. Can do pretty much anything to mod those guns.
