If you attempt to bring items in to the country and don't declare them, then get caught, at best you'll have to pay duty and taxes on the items, at worst you'll be charged with smuggling, which is a federal crime.
Either way, if you get caught, you will be flagged and be prepared to be pulled over and searched every other time you cross.

Same as consequences of not declaring a purchased pair of shoes or electronics.
You would most likely be fined and then have to pay the duty or perhaps just the duty.

Same thing happened to me once when I ordered an Eotech clone. 7 days waiting and it released after with the nice yellow tape and a charge for having to open it and inspect the package from customs.

Well 1st off anything you buy in the states you have to declare the value ect when you are at the border...If its not a weapon or restricted there should be no problem taken them back to Canada. If its all legit you should be safe.
