Gearbox screws

hi, where can I find this screws for my gearbox? Because one of my screws is already a crap, and its hard to turn it. I can't use the phillips screw (+) to turn it. I only use the square one.

If the threads are small (machine screw) they are metric. Go to a hobby shop and get a screw set that fits (bring your mechbox). Also, remove the damaged screws right now and never use them again. If they get worst, you will have to cut them and possibly damage your mechbox shell on top of it.
