I was looking at these goggles, do you think they are worth the money, or should I get something worth more.
Thanks. Last edited by HaloSix4; December 4th, 2010 at 20:50.. |

https://www.oakleyforces.ca/miva5/me...gory_Code=Afrm oakley's lenses are optically corrected for x,y and z almost no other company does this. So there's no distortion at all. Also they are ansi z87.1-2003 certified. All of my day to day eyewear is all oakley. I absolutely swear by them. http://www.arniesairsoft.co.uk/?filn...ame_review.htm |

I recently bought a pair of the Revision Desert Locust Goggles and love them, however I was reading the Warning that comes with them which about two third's of a page. I got to number 3 only to see that I should not wear them for paintball (which I wouldn't), airsoft (which is why I bought them), or simmunitions. I read an article on an online magazine called U.S.A.S.O.C. which actually seems pretty viable and the company actually gave them a pair to test out in airsoft hence my confusion.
Does anyone have any thoughts or knowledge on this? |

Right now there is a surplus of the foliage green kits with the US Army switching some of it's uniforms to Multicam. Therefore, Revision has heavily discounted these kits. If you have any question about ones you are thinking of buying, you can call Revision directly at: 7 Corporate Drive Essex Junction VT 05452 USA T: 802.879.7002 As for their quality and customer service, Revision goggles are outstanding, and their customer service is also top notch. They perform beyond ANSI Z.81 and even the higher MilSpec MIL-DTL-435111D. (Many ESS and Oakley goggles also perform beyond MilSpec too.) http://www.revisioneyewear.com/technology.html I have a set in tan and one in foliage (which I bought for $32.00 from Bradley's). I wanted just a frame in black but could not find just the frame for sale (each kit came with three lenses, so I didn't need more.) When I called Revision, they said that they wouldn't sell me a black frame, and instead shipped me a black frame set for free. |
