KSC M9 Nozzle
Hi
Today in some reason the loading pin on the nozzle decided to break there are anything that I can do before buying a new nozzle for my beretta? maybe some mod? to glue up a tiny piece of plastic or something. because It's a headache to buy this part in where I live. Thanks. |

I have a modified nozzel as my M9 came with a broken loading pin.
I took a finishing nail, trimmed it up, filed and sanded the pin end that contacts the BB smooth as glass. I tapped a small hole in the nozzel. I heated up the end of the nail and gently slid it in. Once I was sure that the heat was gone and it was set I used Crazy Glue and coated the nail and the nozzle until the nail was the same width as the original pin. It worked great and is still together after a year... although I did end up getting a replacement nozzle directly from KWAUSA. |

If this is a System 7 model you can PM me.
I actually got a BNI Package spare nozzle for MP7 but system 7 is all the same AFAIK. Otherwise just order from KWA USA and it would cost $20 for shipping atleast. |

YouTube - KSC BERETTA M92 ELITE IA Field Strip & Reassembly
Here you go. Though if you don't know how to dis-assemble, i wouldn't embark on this. Take it to a gun doc. While fixing GBBs i quickly learned things can go real bad real fast, until you get the hang of it that is. |
