M4 Motor stuck inside pistol grip

My ICS Motor is stuck inside the pistol grip, and I cannot remove it.

Both wires are run down the back of the grip, the motor itself still springs up and down and rotates inside the grip (slightly), and I've tried using pliers but it will not pull out.

At this point, there is nothing else I can remove to seperate the grip from the rest of the lower receiver.

Thanks for looking,

the spring is stuck. push motor in and wiggle it a bit. make sure to hold the gun like you're about to shoot while wiggling the motor.

I tried every single angle, pushing, pulling, wiggling and it still feels like it's getting caught on something inside. I don't know if this is common or if something is wrong internally.

or it could be the pinion gear getting caught on the lip of the hole. I've seen these problems working on guns. It just take a bit of wiggling around for it to come out. Be patient with it and don't force pull it out or you could break the pinion gear.

I tend to say it has to do with pinion gear too, happened me once, the wire running under the hole lip got caught in the gear, I had to pull harder with vise-grips to take it out.
