ICS from Mach1 airsoft
I was wondering if they are still around because i've seen on other sites that they warned about other canadian sites carring the ICS Rifles? And are the canadian ones as good as the full metal ones except for the Metel body.
Would this be a good rifle: http://www.mach1airsoft.com/web/cata...m&id=184&cat=1 Thanks for your info

No, they are definitely not near the quality of the full metal ICS's. A respected member reviewed one and they're basically crap.

Not necessarily the internals piston may need replacing but other than the plastic body I wouldn't say it's CRAP, it's decent and way better than a Kraken.

So basically me & my buddy (urbanburrito) got lucky I guess , my only problem was my fault when I thought the stock ICS piston head would be strong enough to hold a m110 Spring (380 FPS around) but it wasn't :O and exploded and replaced with a stock well R6 piston and ever since then it gone strong for around 7 games and over 10k fired

Damn. I bought a modify aluminum piston head, it came loose and broke. Back to the stock one I guess, and do any of you hve problems shutting the receiver? I need hammer to put the pin back in :0 unlike on the FMU versions...

The shutting of the receiver is not a problem 4 me but the hammer is a little too much I just use a mag to the hammer the pin down lightly.

Anyhow for the closing of the receivers it's usually by chance if you will get one that fits without much force I on the other hand received one which I have to use a screw driver to get out and to tap it in.

Nope the metal is tough enough (dboys), it's what I use if I don't have any tools in reach.

For who has those clear ICS M4A1, just to be careful where your lower connect to the buffer tube, that is the soft spot that could be easily break with just a drop, the rest are fine to me beside clear receiver.
Just to correct some mistake here, ICS is not 99 % make clear but just a matter that they market to Canada with clear receiver which can't be import any black receiver without BFL. They are 100 % make black gun and clear might be 5 or 10 % of their stock.
