Plate Carrier in Magpul Dynamics II

Hey, guys!!

Does anyone know what manufacture is this plate carrier from??

I know Mapul doesnt make any vest.

I thought too..

but, the strap construction is differ from CIRAS in the front.

Not sure with this picture, but it could be a RAV. Otherwise maybe a MARCIRAS versus a Land-CIRAS.

But I'm sure it's said in the "bonus" features where they review their gear.

I'm sure it is not either CIRAS or RAV..

and they did not really mention the name of the vest in DVD, only said "Level 4 plate carrier"

Speaking of gear featured in M-D vol II.

What is the brand of plate carrier showed by Crist Costa, that he was wearing UNDER his shirt?

He said that this type of plate did not require kevlar, and I was impressed by how thin the whole package was.

I want this!

It is my understanding that this vest is export restricted due to ITAR? Anyone albe to confirm this?
