Stupid question and all - is your mag loaded? What kind of mag is it(hi-cap,lo-cap,etc), are they feeding properly, etc.
If you fire with a loaded mag, remove the mag, and bb's fall out of the magwell, they arent feeding. Read an instruction booklet ![]() |

Do you mean that the motor is going but the piston isn't smacking? That could be one of a whole lot of other problems. It could be a problem with the tappet plate/loading nozzle. Do you know how to get to your mechbox? If not, try shining a light into the magwell and fire and look to see if the nozzle is pulling back before each shot.

I tried to get it out, but had no luck. :banghead: The motor IS going, but the piston is NOT smacking. (!!!!!) I'm very frustrated... Thanks for reply! |

motor height off, bad shimming, dead battery, broken gears, dud motor. Many possible problems. charge the battery and if it still doesn't work go to a gun doc.

If the motor is working but you don't hear the piston it's either a stripped piston or broken gears.

Or it could be a broken tappet plate jamming the gears.

When you pull the trigger with a full battery, what do you hear exactly? Is it grinding? Does it sound muffled? Do you hear the piston cycling(hear the shots)?
Answer these and we can help you further. |

Your motor height needs to be adjusted. Have you ever taken out the motor or removed the motor plate? If you have make sure there is nothing missing.
On the motor plate you'll notice a an allen screw in the center. Get yourself the allen key and tighten it a half turn, put your gun in semi-auto and pull the trigger. If its grinding, give it another half turn and repeat the process until it sounds right to you. If it starts to click and not cycle, then your motor is too high. If this happens then reverse a quarter turn and test again until it sounds right. |

During a fully charged batt if it behaves the same, remove motor in the grip and re install. If same thing happens, it "might" be motor height. You could adjust the motor plate. If not, your best bet is opening the mechbox. It could be the a jammed ARL, and most importantly shimming.
