That would be a sweep lens. Hybrid & strike have a more square shape.

Still; for this don't get submerged in those small details yet.

Focus on the big stuff like the plate carrier and other gear. Eye wear is personal preference.

Yeah I understand, I'm actually looking to get them to replace my issued ballistics because they don't fit well on my face, and after trying on the different M-Frame models they fit better, so its perfect for me that I can use them in the CF and as apart of my JTF-2 loadout.

And btw thanks for the confirmation on them being the sweep lenses.

If you can get it the solid M frame is a great choice. Over time the hinges break on the folding version. The solid ones are harder to pack away though.

For max coverage I like the heater lens.

Thought some people might appreciate these, they look to be wearing Paraclete RAV's not sure which generation/model.
I want to do a Stephen Harper loadout, can anyone help me out? What belt is he wearing?

There are countless different belts out there. Any thin leather belt will do. Its sort of like asking how many rocks are in the picture .

Okay that was really funny, harkening back to blood diamond pants.
I take back the smartass comment.

Beware Chinese clones, they will break on you and you will be left mid game with your pants around your ankles.

I thought that wouldn't be incorrect for a Stephen Harper loadout.

I'll try putting one together; I have the perfect gut to poke out from under a plate carrier.
I also have a fluffy cat, and can produce a cold, lifeless smile when necessary.
Wish me luck!

The closest guy to the camera. Could he be CANSOF?

(Picture from this week's attacks in Kabul)

MICH with ratchet mount, VIP, 226, HPC.... dunno, but these are all things used in CANSOF. No proof of MultiCam yet, but it would make sense if they did.

I'm aware most of our forces pulled out of Afghanistan, only a couple (in the few hundreds, I believe?) left for training. I can't say I'd be surprised to see some CANSOF elements still there punching terrorists in the face with 5.56.

In any case, it clearly ain't US SOF.

I've heard multicam is a no go so I doubt it.

Do you know any reason why?

Anyway, for a second, I though brits used the M9 and not the 226. But I was wrong. So could be brits too.

Not a recognized camo pattern used by the CF, when you wear other camos associated with other countries you're stepping on shaky grounds especially when said camo is anothers current standard uniform. If the CANSOF isn't wearing CADPAT AR or TW they generally wear solid colours.

Also the Paraclete gear is a bit dated.

Seeing all that with the 226 made me think it could be, as I remembered that UKSF used the M9... But I remembered wrong. UK also uses the 226.

What I meant was that while they aren't conducting offensive operations, I though they could still respond to local emergencies such as these attacks...

Anyway, I figured wrong. I'm having hallucinations hoping I get to see something, hahahaha.
