I didn't start out as an AK person, but I'm moving over to AK variants just because their scopes are so nice and cheap lol.

Doitnao.

I bought 'another' AK last week as a winter project. I will be giving it an entire overhaul internally and externally. Its a Dboys AKS74, gonna get a proper wood handgrip for it, strip the paint off of the steel, blue it, age it a bit and more.

We'll see how it goes.

It was not to be taken on a serious note.

It's my fault.

But it is true that russian equipement in general is cheaper then Us or other stuff.

is there any way of getting a receiver to look really rusted? like ts been used for 20 years and on the verge of falling apart? without it actually falling apart?
