Ballistic Low-Profile Goggles with Fan.

Everywhere out here requires full sealed eyewear, which I hate, but rules are rules. The other issue is that a lot of it is coastal forest and eyewear out here fogs up hardcore, stays fogged up all day, and leaves for minimal visibility. I have used a few different types of goggles throughout airsoft, like ESS and Revision. I've looked everywhere, Oakley, Smith, Blackhawk, etc. Hopefully someone knows something I don't. Is there a product out there and where can I get it? Thanks.

What in looking for:
- Low-Profile (not a huge full-sized set)
- Ballistic rated (must meet or exceed all ballistic and ANSI/CSA ratings)
- Fan (must have an integrated fan)
- tan (not super important, but preferably not black)

Have you consider rigging a fan system to the goggles? I've got parts coming in soon-ish to rig a fan system onto my Revision Bullet Ants.

Yes in fact. Right now I have a brand new, dual-fan system and batteries sitting at home. I considered mounting them into a set of Desert Locusts, but they are so damn big. I'm a big guy but I have skinny face. The Revision DL's are huge on me. That being said, most of my new load-out is very fast, light, low-profile. My fan kit "may" fit in a low profile goggle, but probably not. Fans are about 1" x 1" x 1/3" thick.

I have a set of ESS NVG Profiles with the fan. I use fogtech on them also.

Smiths are great for no fogging, but they are huge, don't kid yourself. There isn't anything low profile about them.

I think they look good with a helmet, decent with a boonie. Ballcap, no, unless it's backward.

I don't think a low-pro option with fan exists unless you make it yourself. My first airsoft eye pro was ESS advancer v12s, which I would consider low pro, and could be made to work with a dual fan kit and a LOT of cutting and superglue.

Have you heard of valken v-tac sierra goggles? I own a pair and they haven't fogged up on me yet. They only have vents so I'm not sure if they're suitable for the environment you're describing.

I own a pair of Smith OTW, pulled all the foam, still fogged. Yes the moisture does go away when you're moving, but you have to STAY moving. Might have to invest in a pair of ess turbofan.

JT Pro paintball goggles with thermal lens. Not low profile but no fogging, no anti fog solutions needed and no fans required imo.

locust do have a thermal lense, the lense.is 28 bucks. Not sure if it fits in their fan frame, but it should

Maybe try some Fog Tech anti fog wipes or their anti fog solution.

I use Smith Boogies, low profile, ok ventilation, no fan and had some serious condensation issues (not really fogging, more like a literal layer of moisture...) at Panther w/ the humidity in the denser forested area, heck I started fogging up in dunes after a a minute or two a few weeks back... when we were having that 30+ degree weather.

Tried Catcrap anti fog and it worked ok, reduced fogging by a bit but not too great. I tried using a Fog Tech wipe at yesterday's game during lunch when someone offered me one and I didn't have any fogging issues during the rest of the game after wiping down my goggles with it, definitely a first for me at Panther, always had some fogging when I played there. Might be worth picking some up to use in concert w/ fans, thermal lenses, etc.

Trigger has the 30ml bottle solution for a pretty decent price, cheaper than anything I could find on Amazon. Might pick up a bottle to try out.

As part of my job (don't ask) we tested a wide variety of fanless low profile goggles with an extensive variety of anti fog sprays, wipes, old wives tales, gypsy curses and so on. When it comes *reducing* fog with full seal goggles, even the best were no more effective than dish soap or shaving cream, and some did nothing at all. There was no product that eliminated fogging totally.

I so wanted the regulator line of eye pro to work, but they still have fog issues.

Because of that and my own airsoft experience My personal opinion is that you've got some basic options for no fog eye pro;

1) fan goggles (which are not low profile)

2) ballistic glasses (which are not full seal, and thus not allowed everywhere) although the Revision Stingerhawk has excellent coverage from what I've seen first hand.

3) Paintball masks with thermal lenses and/or fan (also bulky)

4) DIY option where you install the fan (find the lowest pro eyewear you can squeeze a fan onto)

Used Revision Desert Locust fan goggles with Fogtech this weekend, zero fog even in the pouring cold rain. Not low profile but I'm in love being able to see.
