0.25 for AEG/GBB or 0.30+ for Sniper,
and Bio BBs because more and more fields are requiring them,
and BB Bastard, that is all.

Best brand: BB Bastard (Green Devil's are decent also)

Weight: (All very gun dependent as well)
360+ FPS 0.25g
380+ FPS 0.25g - 0.28g
400+ FPS 0.28g - 0.30g
440+ FPS 0.36g - 0.40g

Biodegradable is becoming very common as a field standard.

I used a UFC chrono ad was at 440 to 400 fps with propane

If I'm not mistaken it isn't imperative to know what FPS you're running to choose the BB weight...but rather where you are shooting.

Indoors for example won't require as heavy an ammunition as trying to fire through foliage.

I just stick with the BB Bastards .28 (Non-Bio)

440 is over the muzzle energy limit for almost every field.. doesn't matter what weight you use.

If you're running a GBBR, then you'll likely have to chrono with the BB weight you'll be running to maintain your power under the joule maximum. But yes, if that's your guns FPS with 0.20g BBs, then is recommend running it with 0.28g, or 0.30g.

Heaviest BB that your hop can lift, and that will feed consistently.
