Well, it literally is designed for a number of layers underneath. However, I don't expect to be wearing a snowsuit beneath it, and should have taken that into account. All the other large kit fits, so I suspect it's more of a use thing, than a sizing error.

Bingo! They are designed to go over all other layers. Actually says that on their sizing chart... I just didn't realize that it was THAT big.

With my arcteryx goretex I layer fleece and thermals underneath but its much more of an athletic cut. The propper goretex is huge you could throw two sweaters underneath.

The parka and the Level VI jacket in large is pretty big for me. The Level V jacket I got in medium is about perfect fit.

How many ill-equipped milsim players have we seen in the past? Too many. The unrelenting cold rain at Op: Nightfall this past fall left a lot of guys with their teeth chattering, sick, ...some almost hypothermic. Same story for a lot of previous games... Deadfall years ago comes to mind.

I hope this deal caught the attention of any milsim players who might be lacking rain gear. Baggy jackets and fashion doesn't really matter when you're out in the field for 24 hours in really foul weather conditions. I guess the other benefit here is enough layers to also stay warm... That's really why I posted this deal - no excuses for milsim players not to be prepared for the elements this year.

Goretex is the shit. Just be careful rolling around the camp fires in it...

You also become a human sled on snow if you wear the level VI at flag raiders, that was one quick ride to the bottom

if anyone would like to trade an L for my XL l6 jacket, I'd love to try on the L to see how it fits... however, with the price I paid, the XL still functions as designed and intended... just rather large I can work with it.

by the time i got to the sale, they where both sold out.
otherwize, i ordered tons of stuff, roughly valued at $2200 and payed $196 with shipping. Its a beautiful day.

Damn found this thread too late, had to mix and match the Digital Tiger APECS Parka with the Air Force Tiger APCU pants and wasn't able to get any of those sweet looking Alpha Green softshells..
