Well Dave your first mistake was looking at buyairsoft.
It will take a little bit of foot work on your behalf but depending on where you live there are some outdoor sports retailer shops that carry the kraken ak47. I cant for the life of me remeber any specific names of the retailers though. Im sure someone will pip up with a suggestion soon enough.

im looking at buying the kraken ak 47 and it looks like a good buy but i have seen people saying they got them for 150$ and i could only find for 220$ a friend of mine said you could get them at Canadian Tire for 150$ is that true?

Canadian tires stock varies from location to location.
For example I went to go buy a brand fishing line today, which I know the Canadian tire on the east side of town carries. However I was on the west side of town and decided to stop in there since I was closer. This Canadian tire did not stock my particular brand of fishing line.

You should ask your friend to show which Canadian tire.

He means you get what you pay for. If you cheap out, you usually end up with a piece of shit. A kraken is a decent gun in most cases, however a person must alwys keep in mind that costs usually do reflect quality.

As for you Amos, I hope you can gain some ground on it. I honestly dont believe that aeg can get any more...pink the next time you get angry at it.

its the new version with the box

it chronoes at 401FPS with 0.20g BBs

the box says "370FPS, 1.00 Joule" so I thought 370 FPS was with 0.12g...

I've just tested mine as well, which is also the new version with the box, and the chrono reading with .20g BB bastard were: (In FPS)

But the ROF was only about 390/400 RPM, not sure my chrono got that right

Mine came with metal stock butt plate, whereas the old version i have has a flimsy plastic plate and the fire selector is much stiffer on the new one, and semi auto actually works
