The decision at this point would lie with myself and any of other tier 1 staff; but there's no negative feedback and no unresolved complaints, not so much as a neutral. Are people who had problems being handled so well they feel the feedback should be from Neutral to Positive? Is the feedback system not being used properly? Only people who've had [problematic] dealings with TNL can answer that. But as it stands, there's no actual "problem" for us to address.

ok, so back onto the original problem i fixed it! i used Mc Guyver style and replaced the springs with orthodontic braces elastics! imo a great move. saved me 30$ for two springs, the two-three weeks of shipping and yah. im not pinning anything on TNL due to the fact that i know how easily anomalies can occur. as an electro/ mechanical engineering student, i know that even if something works, soon as you turn your back it fails. the gun shoots great now. next move is to re-enforce the cracked slide (TNL stated this.. no flaming please)
thankyou all for your input |
