Don't be fooled by the image in the link you sent, the gun is mostly clear plastic.

Where are you located in Montreal, more or less? Shooting outside in Montreal breaks a couple of bylaws, so legal issues might arrise.

So you either need to stay inside or go to designated site.

I am nobody, but here is my two cents... Why spend $200 +/- to take a chance it might last you 100 rounds (or a weekend) or spend a bit more and get a gun that would last you a heck-of-alot longer than a
Wal-Mart/Canadian-Tire softair, but in the end its your money... I just wish I had money to throw away.

"beer cans" / Coke cans / Pop cans / Pea cans... a can is a can is a can... ... I think you are looking for a pellet gun, Canadian-Tire has a nice selection, or Le Baron... but like I said... I know nothing! :banghead:

Happy Can Killing! =) :infantry:

i'm from st-philippe (south shore of montreal). dont worry about legal issues or
laws!! around here, peoples do wheelies on motocross right in the street.
shooting plastic balls from a toy gun.... they dont have time to waste with that!!

Umm yeah... doing a wheelie is by far a drop in the bucket compared to "shooting plastic balls from a toy gun", my last post was wrong... what you are looking for is a PLASTIC *TOY* Water Gun.... you know the ones I'm talking about... the bright yellow and green ones, the ones where you wouldnt get SHOT while using in public places!

I doubt your 33 (if I remember correctly) years old like you claim to be... a gun is a gun is a gun... (I see a pattern forming here) treat each gun with respect! Treat every gun like it's loaded and real (powder).

I have to honestly say, I'm glad you don't live in my hood!

Be a little more descriptive on where you live... I'm sure law enforcement aren't members of this forum!

Seeing that you didnt want to do the leg work, I found a link that would suit you perfectly: http://www.toysrus.ca/product/index....entPage=family

hey buddy, Im 14 right so there is no way that i can get AV'd for another 4 years. Now your saying your 33. You say you want a airsoft gun for pretty cheap well then get age verified, there are probably a few age verifiers in montreal who could get you AV'd in a week. Now if you don't want to go down that road then get a pellet gun. If it's only for target practise then get a airrifle that would be way more acurate than a airsoft gun.
If you really want a auto gun then just get age verified, dont be lazy, i would drive for hours if i could get age verified right now but i cant, you can so do it.

HalfHeaded seems to be well versed than others... but hey HalfHeaded... why are we all pushing for this guy to get AV'red... (no offence there dude) but as he pointed out (or how it seemed he was talking/suggesting) he will be walking around the streets with his "plastic toy gun that shoots out plastic balls". Do we really need such mishandleing of a airsoft rifle in that manner to give yet more negative press to this sport?

Just something that I was thinking about... what do you think?

I also agree that this person is clearly not understanding how dangerous it could be if he just started shooting around his house and people saw him walking around with what apears to be some kind of rifle

So giving him a key(of sorts) to many kinds of more real looking airsoft is probably not the best solution
