Crye group order

Be advised that Crye has this weird practice of adding a "holding" charge placed on top of your order. Supposedly, it's removed after 24-48 hours but it sucks ordering $400US worth of gear and being charged another $500, albeit temporarily. Some have also complained of unresponsive customer service after receiving the wrong size etc.

Holding charges like that are not abnormal for high volume high priced orders placed across the web and paid with credit card.

Still no reply to my email... Can anybody who's purchased from Crye before tell me what the payment methods available are, as well as what shipping carrier was used to deliver?

all we did was order for ourselves-it was not a group order for Calgary. The stuff is pretty expensive and we did not want to try and organize a large group order then chase people down for payments ect.

From what Trevor's PM'ed me, it sounds like the sale pretty much needs to be handled stateside, so I'm going to have to contact my mules on that side to work some things out.

No news at all. They're completely ignoring me.

My schedule's taken a real turn for the worse, and I have ZERO time to run any more orders on top of what I normally do at this time.

If you're in a rush for this, I'd recommend going through another contact.

i just ordered a multicam set from a ebay seller with over 2000 sales and a 100 % feed back he charged me 40 over what crye charges plus 38 for shipping to bc canada not a bad deal i will let you know how the transaction works. should take 10 days for him to recive the shipment then 10 to ship out to me.
