A month after the initial posting, problem freakin solved! Overkill fix but why not.
The V7 head didn't work even after modding the head (holes are off caulked slightly). So I scavenged (no more resale value) the o-rings to fix the stock cylinder head. New Cylinder Head O-rings. New Piston Head O-ring. New Hop-up rubber and bucking. New Piston and Head. New Cylinder. Runs great now and I've gained FPS! Thank you everyone for your help and ideas. Special thanks to Big Peppa for pointing me where to look and blade_x23 for giving me ideas and helping trouble shoot. You all rock!
