Some clones have the eagle/globe/anchor in them as well. If you buy American Apparel MARPAT, that's the same material and manufacturer as the issue stuff.

Should have tried to find the MARPAT back in 2002. The Marine Corps base I was stationed on could not keep them in stock. My company was the last company to get issued the old design and the company right after us got the MARPAT. I searched for months before I found a set in stock that was my size. My buddy bought his set from Dick's Sporting goods.
