make transmitters so the T-cube can find it and hand out the transmitters out to all the players at the game

I think it'd be better to make your own tcube.... create a local network amongst pdas/ipod touches/phones etc, create a simple program to ping each other member in the network. associate times with distances, which would give you a circle of radius x. If you have one pda at your base and 3 team members, you can get relative distances between you and your teammates, and because you have a static member, you can find absolute distances from that point. After that, you find the gps coordinates of that point, get a gps overlay, and you should be able to see all or your team on the map. One problem is elevation, which might screw with the locations.

Well, hearbeat sensor is ridiculous, and just.. pointless.... There's so many easier ways to find someone. Using something like facial recognition software, use it to instead find human shapes. The facial recognition uses past images to look for the new ones, so just use that. Or you can get one of those madbull uavs, mount a webcam and a transmitter on it, and have fun!

Something cheaper exists. It's called Thermal Imaging. Last I checked, people were warm. At $13,000 it's a bargain. Compared to an advanced engineering degree from MIT.

Honestly, at most you'd need a cs minor :P... for 13k, you could build a system that could probably stay up for a few hours, and even have zoom capibilities. Maybe you'd need a small background in rc planes.

If you cover yourself in mud, thermal imaging doesn't work. Plus it's hard on the eyes ><

Hmmm as ritz suggested a radio would be a good idea to integrate. Shouldnt be too hard might have to cut out a nice size hole in the side of the mask depending on what you chose as your comm unit. A nice little speaker would be interesting to put in there and then hide the wires up in the straps for the mask and then have them come out the back to a radio pouch maybe? Shouldnt be too expensive. $200 TOPS, but thats if you want something simple compared to something like a peltor but still.

Oh and sicki another idea would be a head lamp/torch for night games or CQB, one of those LED light rows maybe or a attachment for the side of the helmet that allows your to quickly detach it like a rail or something maybe with a surefire clone or little mag light on it.

Haha yeah Sicki6 after the headset build, there is always night vision conversions, or just because of where the mask is from, little red LED's where the eyes are. Just for the creep effect for when it gets dark. Or how about a built in radio that plays horror movie effects or....

Yeah I'm done, none of that would help improve your game, just it's cinematic appeal.
