Those are your issues. Madbull bb's are VERY soft, and can deform/break in the magazine / loader. The clear lowers are very ill fit (from the one I've seen), and that can lead to jamming too.

Try using a heavier weight BB, they suggest .40s but I used .30s and had no problems with the stock nozzle. Another idea is to get an NPAS and lower your velocity down a bit. I've heard of people running .20s in their guns with the FPS dropped to like 300-330.

check the wetti m4 scar technical thread,
Mr.Hitman had trigger issues with his clear lower scar due to tolerance issues.

also I found my scar performance improved after shooting through a couple hundered rounds

I am having the same sort of issue on the PDW with the bolt carrier jamming against the hammer roller.
It seems that there is so much push in the hammer that it is jamming the carrier into the upper receiver.

It shoots fine as long as the bolt is in continuous motion, but when the empty mag catch locks in, it jamms and does not release.

When you open the lower receiver it immediately releases, as the pressure is off the bolt carrier.

Are there any solutions to this.

Cheers for any help.

Further to the above. I have replaced the standard pdw hammer roller with a sealed ball bearing. This has greatly lessened the friction, and (it appears) solved the problem.

Same problem. Where did you get the ball bearing?
