Don't know how good my gun is

I'm new to airsoft games. I've never been to one. I've had a few airsofts in the past, but nothing special.

So this is the AEG I've had for a little while now.

I'm just wondering what you guys think of it.

By doing some research you would have found the general opinion on that AEG is that is very very very crappy. The performance is incredibly weak and the reliability is like that of a screen door on a submarine. Not worth the money spent, but this is all from a gamers perspective. If you're serious about airsoft you will want to invest more money into it.

Hey, I played with a guy last week who had that same gun for his first game just to see if he liked it. He actually got some kills and had a blast. Don't get me wrong, cheap is cheap, but when it's just too see if you like the sport, a cheap gun is sometimes the answer.

No a rental/loaner is the answer, don't cost $175 to rent a gun last I checked.

Well I didn't see the price..but considering the guy I played with got it for around $50...I'd say that's just a tad over priced.

good for fkn around or loaning to a friend, fires pretty hot though...yes I have one and it's good for what it is...which is a cheap plastic gun, plastic gears I've had mine for a year and it still works though I just use it for plinking in my apt. If you use it as a full auto hoser it might break well before you get your $200 worth

this gun has plastic everything, including the mech box.

i wouldn't say its money wasted, its just money spent on something with a short lifespan. if your plinking in the basement, its great! if you want to go to a game with it, well not so much, you may get some kills if your lucky, but you will be out ranged by everyone, (my pistol shoots farther) and i wouldnt recommend falling on it as it will shatter.

It hasn't jammed once since I got it. I fire it regularly on a weekly bases. It seems strong, I've manged to dent my wooden desk with a fairly light BB. I had no illusion of this being a great gun, but it seems pretty okay to me.

I bought the gun for $110 and about 3 months ago. I only found out about this site 3 weeks ago.

Hrrrm lets put this in a form that's easier to understand..

Your gun compared to a real airsoft gun... is like a garden hose compared to a fire-hydrant hose

Never been to a game, have you been exposed to real airsoft guns?
This doesn't count as owning airsoft, this is softair, we don't use these kind of guns on the field.

Go to a game and check out the real stuff and then compare it to that pos you bought (leave the dpms at home tho)

Just a guess.

I'm not comparing to a $350 gun. I wasn't expecting anything great out of it. I was wondering what people think of the gun since I've never owned a good gun. And relax, I've been looking into getting a better gun.

LOL you asked us what we thought of it, don't get all butthurt because we think it's a shitty product, you can't buy a $20 airhogs rc plane and go on an rc forum and not expect to get laughed at.
