KSC USPc Doesn't feed BB's
Hi everyone,
I just bought my first GBB (im a airsoft noob), a KSC USPc. I just bought gas yesturday, and tried to fire it, but it didnt fire right. So i load up the mag with bb's, im pretty sure the right sized ones, and loaded it up with gas (green gas, it was kinda spraying everywhere when i was filling it so i dont know if i did it right), and loaded the mag in the gun. I cocked the metal slide back to feed the first bb, and shot it, and it was fine, but then the shots following where nothing--no bb's fired. The blowback action is fine, i think. I have to cock the slide back everytime to manually feed a bb. I checked the mag and slide and everything is fine (not skewed or anything, bbs stacked right). the only thing i can think of is, that the slide does go all the way back to feed another bb, maybe not enough gas pressure? Sorry this is my first contact with airsoft so dont eat me up too much Thanks for the help. |

The gun probably isn't cycling properly. Make sure you're filling the mag (with gas) upside down.

From what you're saying, it sounds like it is only half-cycling the slide. Are you holding the magazine upside down when filling?

Take a look at the gas chamber cylinder, there should be a little nub or tit that sits just under the port near the front of the gas chamber cylinder. This nub is for chambering the next round into the hop up when the pistol returns to battery. If this nub is missing – the pistol will not chamber the next round.

i think i know what youre talking about,
but that nub is there, if it werent, even if i cock the slide back, it wouldnt chamber the next round, but it does also an update, wasted alot of gas trying to fire a couple of mags, and its very inconsistent; once it shot every 3 times, then none at all. and i am able to chamber 2 or 3 bb's by cocking the slide back thanks for the reply Last edited by Devmen; May 18th, 2009 at 17:47.. |

so i was playing with the slide, imitating the blowback action, and i noticed that the slide runs into some friction at the point where part #72 (diagram below thanks to the internet) touches a bump on the underside of the slide that pushes the part down (for what reason i dont know). i also noticed that if the slide doesnt go pass this point, the chambering "nub" wont have the distance to chamber.
the part and slide seem to be properly lubricated, is this is the problem? Last edited by Devmen; May 18th, 2009 at 18:06.. |

Maybe there's a problem with the bb feeding spring (sorry, I don't know the proper term). It would be weak and it isn't able to puch the next bb up far enough.
I'm just thinking logically, pulling things out of thin air. I actually don't have much knowledge on GGBs. Hope you find a solution soon! edit: nevermind. you seem to have found the problem! |

do you really think the part #72 is the problem?
im new at airsoft and gbb's so my knowledge is VERY limited =D |

ok so ive been shooting it and looking on the top of the slide, and i think i noticed that the gas chamber (i think its part 22), the part that feeds the bb's into the barrel and releases gas, stays forward when i shoot it
so i dont think its the spring, but ill check it out thanks alot |
