USR11 - Stock won't go back on.

Okay, first the mag wouldnt go in. I figured the hopup was too far forward, and the mag wouldnt fit in.

I took the stock off, took the hopup clamp (thing that screws into the top) off and realigned it.... now the stock wont go back in, after I've reattached the metal clamp...

I dont know... I ran into this problem before, but can't remember how I got it all back together.

Hmm, Gun doctor?

Sorry, I'm not of much help, since i don't know anything about going into gearboxes, but i would guess theirs some sort of alignment problem where the stock attaches? I'm not sure, but It's my two cents.

put the rear side in first, and make sure the bottom of the trigger guard is in all the way.

Then push down the front side, you might use some force, but not too much.

I got it figured out.
Outer barrel was unscrewed only about a centimetre to the left..

I feel kinda dumb, but we all make mistakes.. it's all fixed up.

I used to have the same problem after I got my inner barrel upgrade. The inner barrel was getting pushed back causing the mag to not properly secure. I discovered that the end cap was putting a lot of pressure on the inner barrel (edgi barrels are made slightly longer than the stock barrel), which causes this misalignment. Didn't occur often, but it was an annoyance. I fixed it by putting an o-ring at the tip of the end cap, which gave it about 1-2mm of space and greatly reduced the pressure.

Don't know if this is a valid fix or not and not sure if anyone else has a similar problem, but it works well and does not affect the aesthetic appeal of the rifle.
