G&G GR16 Blowback Magwell Issues
So I picked myself up one of the new G&G GR16 Blowback rifles from Mach1...
Works real nice. EXCEPT my Magpul PMAGs don't fit quite right in the magwell, they're too loose and they don't lign up properly with the Hop-up... Anyone got any ideas to fix that? Thanks

Genuine 120rd Magpul PMAGs?
If your GR16 has a clear lower, than it will not work. Only way to fis it is putting velcrow strips in your magwell, but it will stiffen up your reloads. |

Well, there's always the old fall back of shimming the interior of your magwell with electrical (or foil) tape.

They're the 30rd Green Label mags... and yes it is the clear lower...
Yeah I put some Duct tape on the back of a couple of the mags and it worked pretty decently but it's kindof a pain in the ass to do it to all my mags.. Also seems like if the Mag Catch were a little bit bigger on the top it would work better.

Yeah... I think I'm going to try gluing a thin peice of plastic to the top of the mag catch... see if that works..

You might not be able to get the mag catch back into the receiver if you do that. I think most people shim the catch slot in the mags instead.

Yeah... Didn't work.. it was a little tight. Shimming the mag slot will probably work better
