GBB blowing out all its gas

I have just got my new KSC p226. I got some gas and sil. oil, lubbed it up as per instructions at: http://www.justpistols.co.uk/gascare.htm (as my manual is in Japanese) fired about 10-15 rounds, then expelled all but a bit of the gas in the mag and put it away for my next game.
3 days later while playing, it fired about 4 rounds then Pshhhhhh! all the gas just blew out.
I filled it up again, fired just about a full mag no problem. Filled it up yet again and 3 rounds later...pshhhhhhh! all the gas went. It kept doing this all day. It was about 10-12 degrees outside, so not that cold, at least I thought so.

I was suspecting a faulty valve on the mag, but Im not really sure. I figured I'd ask here before bringing it into my local shop, as it would turn into a pigeon english/Italian sign language fest!

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Wow, they sure lube a lot on that site.. :^)

As for your problem, I suggest you first try the gun indoors (someplace warm). Give the mag time to warm up after filling. 10°C is cold for some gas guns, and gas pressure may drop enough to affect performance too: were you using BlueGas/HFC134a/Duster, or GreenGas/Propane? If using 134a, 10° was probably too cold for reliable operation.

Offhand, I don't think it's the valve since you're getting a few shots off, and got at least one mag off properly. Sounds like your gas pressure was just dropping too much in the cold.

Anyway, try it someplace warm first: I suspect it'll work fine.

Ok so I set up indoors and tried my Sig to see if it still happened.

After about 40-50 rounds, what I found is that it will shoot 6-7 rounds no problem. But 8-13 is so-so.... and I've never got above 13 rounds before I loose all the gas out of the mag. I've tried filling it a bit (which did seem to behave more... shot 6 rounds, removed the mag, loaded 7, shot those and ran out of gas naturally) and I've tried giving the Mag a nice long charge (4-6 seconds).

One thing I am noticing though, is that it definitely "tells" a round or two before it pops. the second to last shot and the slide blow back gets a bit wonky and then on the next shot pffffffft!

all that to say, temperature dosen't seem to be the cause. : /

Oh and Im using Green Gas.

so mid mag it's completely venting it's gas?

I'm thinking your valve is messed up and sticks occasionally. lube the flow valve and try it again. (the button like thing at the top of the mag)

Will do. But would putting to much oil mess it up? I gave it a good squirt when I first got it.... but I'll give it another go and see what happens.

nothing will really happen. it's on the outside. it'll just be messy.

put a couple of drops on it and then work it in a bit by pressing it several times. if it feels like there's resistance or slow to come back up, add a couple more drops. worse case is that you need to buy a new flow valve.

have u taken a look in the slide after taking it off? My old m9 used to sometimes get a bb stuck in the btwn the internals and the slide and when i fire it, the bb would stop the slide from blowing back and all the gas in the mag would be released.

Both of my KSC Glock 19s do the same thing with cold mags in them. Literally you have to try it indoors with warm mags to see if there is a problem. If you can lock down the follower (pushes the BBs up) in the mag, you can repeatedly fire the gun without having ammo in it. If there's a problem you'll see it then. Or just dry fire it letting the mag lock back.
