It sounds like your gas valve is stuck in the open position. It's the button towards the top, along the back of the magazine. You should be able to push it and have it spring back.

Put drops of silicon oil in the top hole and the valve button, and depress/release the button a few dozen times to work the oil in. That might work right away if the valve is stuck open. If not, leave it for a day or so allowing the oil to seep into the rubber seals, it might expand them a bit. Outside of that............... wil have to see what others think. Might need a new valve.

BTW, NEVER empty the gas out of a GBB mag! Always keep at least some in, otherwise it'll leak bad when you do put gas in. I always keep mine full and never have problems but have seen others that empty after a game and then get leaking next time they fill it to play.

Is this GBB a WA? Some WA mags have a sliding catch on the valve button which can lock it in the open position, fiddle gently with the catch if this is the case and get the valve to stay closed.

The gun is a Tanaka HP that I shipped him this week. The mag is a WA style that uses the valve slider/blocker. He has PMed me about it and I replied to him with this info. Personally I forget about them all the time as most of my GBBs' are TM & KSC. Good thing propane is cheap.

Yeah, it's the Canadian version (from the sale thread) and I'd be iffy about running that on propane. I've personally held that pistol and it feels pretty light. I know TM and KSC guns take propane with plastic slides fine but the Tanaka is just so light (compared to similar TM/KSC guns) you may want to run duster just to be safe. They're beautiful guns and you'd hate to break it (parts and stuff are rare).
