jg g36k hop up...
when i was putting a new barrel into my g36 a piece of the hop up got lost.
sadly its a small piece and i cant find it being sold on its own. even worse, i don't know what it's called...it is a small piece that holds a small tube. i still have the tube. it fits between the two halves of the hop up and applies pressure to the sleeve when the tub is turned. i guess what I'm asking is, 1) is there any way for me to make a substitute or rig it to work on my own. 2) is there anywhere that i can order just this? 3) what hop up unit would you recommend buying it i cant do 1 or 2? |

i know they are tm compatible. but so far i've only been able to find complete hop up assemblies. i only need a small part. when the large wheel is turned, it pushes this down and that pushes a plastic tube, which applies pressure to the sleeve. does anyone know what its called?

Ooooh right I was thinking of an M4 hopup. But it's basically the same part. Best idea is probably to buy a new hopup set.

I tough the CA hop-up was not compatible with the TM one. The CA one is kinda bigger in some way.

will this hop up work? my original was plastic, but I've heard that metal ones are significantly better. if im going to replace the hop up anyway, should i spring for this? *edit* also doest it have to be a hop up for the g36 specifically? The hopup chamber for the G36 is specific to the G36 and the CA and TM are interchangable. I've been running two CA chambers in my TM G36's for several years now with no complaints or issues.

The CA has a nozzle with a rail that pushed on a lever in the hop up chamber to hold Bb's what not. where as the TM has no rail on the nozzle there's slight differences but that little piece you are talking about sucks that you lost it, but you going to have to somehow buy a new hopup to replace it. or simply get a piece of plastic/metal and dremel one to look like it
