m4a1 sling instalation

hey i ve got this kit for sling and i don't know how to instal the metal adapter.. does someone can explain to me how i can instal it? how to remove the part?

take of the stock tube cap then remove the screw hidden in the buffer tube slide the buffer off then remove the plastic plate (or metal depending on the maker of your aeg) then slde the new plate on and reassemble.

NOTE: you may need to do some modifcation to make the metal plate fit but its only a bit i had to do this to mine but its simple nothing scarry.
