when the mag is empty push the valve open
( the one near the top of the mag ) with the valve now open spray some silicone oil into the mag then let is sit for awhile so it has a chance to lube up your seals. after a short period of time try refilling your mags and see what happens.

(ps) what type of mags are they?

If its leaking from the fill valve itself the springs or orings maybe worn out and need to be replaced.

i use brake fluid to refresh leaking mag seals ,try using best grade like DOT4 or higher .

get a small jar with lid, fill till it will cover rings and seals, leave for a day or two then refit .

the fluid plumps up and refreshes the rubber seals , works 99% on my mags

The fluid maybe a different name in canada as i am based in the uk

cheers Ray

Take the O-rings out and leave them sit in silicon oil for 24hrs, then reinstall and see if that works.

And for shits and giggles, I'll say the only way to prevent mags from leaking in the future is to ALWAYS keep gas in the mag: full, half, a quarter, whatever, as long as gas is stored the mag no leaking will occur when stored.

dont even need 24 hrs, I had a mag my buddy had for over a year, no gas in it, finaly remembered to get it back, leaked bad, just took all the seals out, applied to silicone oil, reasembled, filled, and no leaks. So either works, but if they are really bad, id leave em soak for awhile to expand.

Depends in the gun and brand largely. And if is done as a previous poster pointed out, don't just put a drop of oil on the area and leave it, cycle the part (fill valve in this case) a few dozen times to work the oil in, then leave it sit.

And I'll say, are you 100% sre the fill valve is leaking, or the noise is coming form the bottom of the mag? Both are completely different fixes. Fill the mag, pour enough oil into the fill valve hole and watch for bubbles. If none, then the leaking is from the inner gasket (baseplate).

Dumb question, but what GBB mag is this for? If it's a TM, good chance you can fix the leaking by snugging down the screw on the baseplate (have fixed a half dozen leaky TM Hi-Capa mags by that alone!)

I take my KSC mags apart about 3 times a year, and use AI silicone oil on all the o-rings and valves internall, and then leave about 3 drops of oil just loose inside the mag housing. Helps keep them from leaking.
