Unhappy jg mechbox problems.

So i fixed the problem with my batteries not working rite then after about about 2 hrs of shooting the gearbox starts screaching and eventually stops working.so i take apart the gun and see whats happening and everything looks fine i put it back together and the problem proceeds.its not the position of the motor because its hitting the gears and i think its scraping up against them.

is there any solution to this problem?

If its not motor height then it could be gear alignment.
Research proper gear shimming on this website and google. It may help. It may not, hopefully its just a simple matter of shimming and your good to go.

Don't use WD-40 in an airsoft gun. It's petroleum based and will wear out the rubber. Use only 100% silicone.
And you really should shim your gears. Go buy a hex key.

yeah i got another problem about the new metal hopup i just installed with a new metal receiver and new grip.the hop up wont let the mag go all the way inand therefore it wont feed bbs and it wont let the pin go into the receiver by about one forth of the withe of a penny is the amount of metal stoping the pin from going in
is this a factory defect or is their a certain way to install a one piece metal hop up on a stock gun?

Then you either installed the wrong hopup or installed it wrong. Either that, or because it's a JG gun it doesn't have the tolerances TM guns have. What hop-up did you install and in what gun?

Also, for the gears, don't use silicone oil, use lithium grease.

the chief,
use white lithium grease. I see some at cadtire. Brands are lumax, permatex and 3-in-1. These are all lithium greases.
About magazine bb feeding tube not catching-up with the bb feed tube of the metal hop-up.
The hop-up mechanism is not aligned. It could be pushed too much forward by the gearbox when you try to mate your upper to the lower receiver.
In this case, a simple modification is to put a shim between the hop-up mechanism the collar ring (back side)
I had experienced this problem before. It worked though.

You used silicone oil on the gears? yeah that is not thick enough to keep lubricating the gears effectively. You need something thicker in paste form such as white lithium. Cheap stuff easily found at Canadian tire. I doubt you did any damage to the gears, perhaps a little more wear if you used your gun a lot since last week. no worries.
